By order of SPAK, the acting mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, was put in handcuffs today.
It is learned that his arrest came after a report by Fredi Beleri. Three others were put under house arrest.
Jorgo Goro is in office as the mayor of Himara even though he lost the May 14 elections to Fredi Beleri. The latter was recently sentenced for buying and selling votes.
