According to tradition, the flag raising ceremony is held in Vlora

As has become tradition, the flag was raised this 112th anniversary in Vlora.

Present at the ceremony were President Bajram Begaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama, Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali, while Albin Kurti was also from Kosovo.

Flag Day is being celebrated throughout Albania, and as you might expect, the networks are red and black.
