Albania at the tourism fair in Berlin, takes the role as the country of honor for the year 2025
With the slogan "Albania All Senses", Albania will once again be part of the world's largest tourism fair, ITB Berlin, which takes place from March 5 to 7 in Germany.
In this fair, Albania will be presented with a space curated by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, as well as with the participation of 26 private tour operators and seven tourist municipalities that will present their offers and potentials in Berlin.
The Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro will be present, who has called it a dignified representation of Albania and preparation for the year 2025, where Albania will officially be the "Place of Honor" at ITB Berlin, benefiting from a program 1-year promotion.
"Albania's representation at the largest tourism fair, ITB BERLIN in Germany, through a dignified presentation where during three days, from March 5 to 7, we will be together with the private sector, to present the best of our offer tourism, with a rich agenda of activities that will culminate with receiving the "relay" as the place of honor at ITB BERLIN 2025", said Kumbaro on social networks where he also shared the official spot of Albania.
The Minister of Tourism and Environment will have a series of meetings and activities, including the signing of the official agreement with ITB Berlin to be the "Place of Honor" in 2025, the signing of the agreement with the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization Zurab Pololikashvili for the organization of the 70th meeting of the Commission for Europe of the UNWTO in Tirana, participation in the discussion panel "Quo Vadis, rural destinations?", or meetings with counterparts such as the one with the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.
The municipalities of Durrës, Vlorë, Gjirokastër, Korçë, Sarandë, Përmet and Tepelën will also be part of this fair, which will present their dedicated promotion programs.
ITB Berlin has been operating successfully since 1966, being the world's largest tourism fair in the world.
