New rule/ Albanian immigrants in Greece can move only with proof of residence permit

The Ministry of Defense in Greece has approved a new rule, according to which, Albanian immigrants will be allowed to move only with proof of residence permit.
So, while they are waiting for the issuance of the residence permit, they can move freely even with only the blue certificate until December 31, 2024.
This rule overturns the previous one, according to which Greek Albanians would be prevented from moving after March 31. if they were waiting for the issuance or renewal of the residence permit.
