Heavy rains have covered the entire Albanian territory. The situation seems more problematic in Shkodër, Lezhë, Kukës, Vlorë and Gjirokastër.
The Albanian Road Authority has announced that on the Bajram Curri-Valbona axis, traffic is only taking place in one lane after there was a fall of stones and inerts.
In Shkodër, 400 ha in the Murriqani field under water. Some villages are without lights, problems on secondary roads. The main road in Zues is blocked by inerts and movement is allowed in one lane. The Nikgjonaj stream in Theth has burst its banks and flooded three houses, according to the media.
While in Gjirokastër, as a result of heavy rains, some villages have been left without electricity since midnight.
