Rama recounts the conversation about tourists with Melon: I told him to laugh a little, but he frowned

In an interview for TG1, Prime Minister Edi Rama revealed the conversation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, regarding the 4 young Italians who left the restaurant in Berat without paying.
Rama says that he told Meloni about the incident as a joke, but she became quite serious
Excerpt from the interview:
Journalist: Recently, in a special episode on social networks, a video went viral where a group of Italians left the restaurant without paying. Is it true that when the prime minister found out about this, she asked the ambassador to pay the bill?
Prime Minister Edi Rama: I told her this for a little laugh and everyone around her burst out laughing, but she frowned and turned to the ambassador: "You ambassador must pay that bill and make a communication and apologize, because these are embarrassing. I do not accept those who are the shame of Italy", - he said in his fantastic Roman dialect.
