Rama: In the spring, a second bonus will be given to retirees

Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today in the Assembly, where the 2025 budget is being discussed, that there will be two bonuses for pensioners.
The first will be at the end of the year, while the second bonus will be given in early spring.
"This is not just an important step in terms of the budget, this is a meaningful step in the announced direction to close the circle of beneficiary citizens, starting to finally benefit pensioners as well. On the other hand, this is not the only step, because in parallel with the distribution, one day before December we will also create the second bonus fund at the BSH. It will further affect the increase in the annual income of pensioners, sharing an amount gained from the growth of the economy", said Rama.
