Why the Court of Rome decided to return 12 migrants from the camp to Italy

The Court of Rome decided yesterday the return of 12 migrants from the camp in Gjadër to Italy.

Today the ship that will take them back has arrived, but why was this decision made?

The decision was taken as migrants from Egypt and Bangladesh should have the freedom to leave the camp and not remain isolated. However, according to the agreement between Albania and Italy, these immigrants should only stay in the camp. That's why they're back.

Now there are no migrants in the camp from the 16 who arrived at the beginning.

The other four had previously returned to Italy in a patrol boat after two declared themselves minors and two others reported health problems.
