Biden has published a series of appointments, including the new ambassador who will replace Yuri Kim in Albania. It is about David J. Kostelancik, an official with a long career in DASH and important posts. He was in Albania before, in 1994, 1995.
David Kostelancik studied political science and has a master of arts degree from the University of Michigan.
He speaks Russian, Hungarian, Turkish and Albanian.
His name, however, will be passed to the Senate for a vote, and in the summer season, according to all likelihood, the new American ambassador will be in Tirana.
