After the Berlin agreement, is there value in the Open Balkans? Rama's answer
Edi Rama does not give up on the Open Balkans, as could be expected after the 3 agreements signed as a result of the Berlin Process.
Asked by journalists if, in the conditions of the progress of the Berlin Process, does the Open Balkans (OP) project make more sense and is it more important?
Rama said that: "The Berlin process is a locomotive that has pulled all the leaders of the region and the region on a new journey, while at a certain moment, that locomotive was taken hostage by the wagons. By releasing the report, we have moved the process forward, giving a very clear message. We have no reason to wait to implement the principles of the Berlin process. In the end, we will be left with the Open Balkans, because Berlin will not last forever. The Balkans are eternal," said Rama.
