Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced through a post facilitations from the Directorate of Road Transport Services for drivers and entities that register cars for the first time.

From January 24, over 60 thousand practices will be removed per year that required notarization with the original from documents in foreign languages.

"We eliminate other inconveniences, waiting times and excessive costs for citizens and entities that register road vehicles for the first time! We remove over 60 thousand practices a year that required translations and calculations with the original from the documents in foreign languages!

We save citizens over 300,000,000 ALL per year! The time I would lose in a year would be as much as 1,250 days! Thanks to the new operating and information systems that guarantee real-time verification of data, as well as respecting the vision of e-government and elimination of letters, costs and bureaucracies, from January 24, 2022, DPSHTRR recognizes:

-Documents of origin and technical documents in English

-Technical documents from the manufacturer from EU countries or according to the format of the codes of the EC Directives

- Data on the acquisition of ownership according to the customs declaration (DAV) '- Rama announces on Facebook.
