Memorandum of Understanding is signed between the University of Michigan and the Agricultural University with joint programs and projects
During his stay in the US, Prime Minister Edi Rama visited the State University of Michigan where he announced a new agreement which will enable Albanian students to study under the same conditions as the best universities in the world.
Rama said that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the University of Michigan and the Agricultural University with joint programs and projects thanks to which young Albanians will be able to stay in Albania and be educated as if they were in prestigious universities around the world.
"It was an extraordinary visit from the point of view of interest to establish this link between this prestigious university in the US and our University of Agriculture, but not only. We have signed memoranda of understanding and look forward to having a working visit to it early next year. see how we can go further to create an opportunity for our students to stay in Albania and study with the same conditions and teaching as the best universities in the world.This is a friendship born of another friendship "between the University of Michigan and the professors of this university in Afghanistan that we have housed in Albania. In this way we have opened a new door with new friends and partners that will bring to Albania more knowledge and opportunities for our young people." said Prime Minister Rama.
