The Ministry of Defense has warned all citizens to be careful on the road when driving, due to bad weather. The ministry says that two road axes are blocked in the Shkodër region, and they are the Prekal-Kir axis and the Mes-Dukagjin axis. Work is underway to open the road.

The rains, which in some areas of the country have been of high intensity, have caused the blockage of some road axes, especially in the region of Shkodra. But, in general, the situation is without serious problems regarding the national infrastructure.
- On the Prekal - Kir axis, structures are working to open the road.
- The Mes-Dukagjin road is blocked due to a rock slide. Here, too, work is being done to clean it up.
As a result of bad weather, some areas are without power due to network faults. Various regions, including Tirana, Durres, Elbasan, Berat, Vlora, Korca, Gjirokastra, Kukës, Shkodra and Burrel, are facing power outages in certain areas. OSSH employees are on the ground and are working to repair the faults and restore the power supply in these areas. The situation is being closely monitored by Civil Defense structures at the local and central level. #AKMC is in contact with all prefectures and municipalities, to coordinate work in any case of need.
