The law is approved for medical students, 3 years of work in Albania after graduation

The Assembly approved this Thursday in the Assembly with 74 votes in favor of the law for medical students. Medical students will serve 3 years of forced labor in the country after graduation, not 5 under the original decision.
The changes in the draft law were undertaken after the Constitutional Court partially annulled it.
After the decision of the Constitutional Court, the government changed the law on the forced stay in the homeland of medical students after graduation, reducing the years of stay for first-year students from 5 years to 3 years.
For young people from the second to the fourth year, the limitation is 2 years, while the students of the last years are forced to work in Albania only one year after school.
Students have opposed this law and have come out in protests, stating that it violates freedom.
