A message written by Martini's parents was read by a girl at the protest in front of the Ministry of Education, unable to be present herself.
"I don't think there are words that describe this pain that has left us a void that will never be filled. I thank all the Albanian people and the AFL for their presence and support in these difficult moments. I don't think there are words to describe the pain. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. Martin was full of dreams and life. They took both. I wish no one would try it"
