The Turkish college "Mehmet Akif" in Tirana is closed by government decision
In today's meeting, the government has decided to close the "Mehmet Akif" Turkish College in Tirana after 27 years in our country.
In the aforementioned decision, all obligations towards students who have started the school year are billed to the educational institution.
Here is what the Decision provides, among other things:
The private pre-university educational institution "Mehmet Akif Ersoy" has the following obligations:
a) To provide each student with the necessary school documentation, which will serve for his transfer to another institution of pre-university education;
b) To cover all expenses for carrying out the procedures for the transfer of students, pursuant to this decision;
c) Return the payments made (if any) by the student's parent/legal representative for the unfinished part of the schooling, as well as any other unfulfilled obligations that may be owed to the student;
ç) To make available to the local educational institution, responsible for pre-university education, any required information until all the requirements provided for in this decision are met;
d) Submit to the Local State Archives all the documentation available, as well as submit to the local educational institution, responsible for pre-university education, a copy of the documentation and the minutes of its submission, according to the deadlines provided in the legislation in force.
