Interpellanca for Divjaka, Kumbaro: Fee 50 lek only for visitors, residents do

In the interpellation called by the Democratic Party on the issue of electronic ticketing in the Divjakë-Karavasta National Park, the Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, has stated that residents will not pay the fee of 50 lek set for visitors.

"This 50 Lek coin is the reason for this urgent inquiry. This is the price of the individual ticket to enter any National or Natural Park equipped with dedicated infrastructure for visitors. If you enter by car with 5 people, the price becomes 150 ALL, i.e. 30 ALL per person. And that price goes down even more as more visitors enter. This is not about paying the employees who work in private entities, or the fishermen, nor the residents of the area! We have stated this since the first day! We have made it clear to the Municipality, the subjects and I repeat, there is no question of paying either the employees who work in private subjects or the fishermen, nor the residents of the area," she said.
