By order of SPAK, 5 people were arrested today for the Fier incinerator, while a total of 11 arrest warrants were issued. 5 of the persons are wanted as they are abroad.
The persons found in violation are accused of fictitious actions, VAT evasion and misuse of duties for the 2 incinerators, in Fier and Elbasan.
Arrest measures have been issued for Juri Ymeraj, Arbër Deniz, Silvestër Dreza, Gentian Zifla, Enver Sheshin, Arjola Kodra, Robert Shaban, Regan Merdan, Luran Dusha, Arbe Dervishaj.
