Hungary, the first EU country to reach an agreement with Albania on the recognition of the vaccination certificate
This is the first agreement reached between Albania and an EU country like Hungary, on mutual recognition of the vaccination certificate. According to the media, the agreement was reached during the meeting Rama - Hungarian Prime Minister Orban in Budapest today.
What does this mean?
Albania and Hungary are expected to finalize the recognition of all types of vaccines within a week and open the borders between each other, allowing free movement between the two countries, for tourism, holidays, or any other reason.
Albania directly benefits from this agreement, as tourists from all over the world have no rules to come to Albania.
Meanwhile, the EU has not yet made a decision on the travel of citizens outside the EU within the European territory. Some of them have set their own quarantine rules according to danger zones.
