Online registrations for the first and tenth grades on the e-Albania platform are open today for student registration for the 2024-2025 school year.
Registration deadlines have been unified for all levels of pre-university education and extended as a deadline, from July 8 to August 31, 2024, giving parents the opportunity to register their children at the most convenient time for them.
How to register in the first class
The student is allowed to enroll in the public educational institution that covers the residence of the person exercising parental responsibility of the student. The territory coverage map, approved by the Local Unit, is respected during the registration of students in the first grade.
Necessary documentation
Documents to be uploaded by the applicant: - Document of legal guardianship (only in cases where the application for registration is made by the person who has legal guardianship).
Procedure steps
- Log in as a citizen on the e-Albania portal; - Choose the service "Registration in the first class"; - Click the "Use" button; - Complete the application form and click "Send"; - The application arrives at the relevant school where the student wants to enroll and the school starts the procedure for handling the request; - The school registers the student when the procedure has been completed and the necessary documentation has been uploaded according to the defined criteria; - The school notifies the applicant electronically in case of acceptance or rejection of the registration within 10 days from the moment of sending the application; - In case of non-acceptance, the person exercising parental responsibility continues the application within the deadline at the educational institution where the child's registration belongs.
How to enroll in high school or high school oriented
Students are enrolled in public gymnasium according to the zone of the gymnasium according to the preliminary planning of the Local Offices of Pre-University Education. The gymnasium area and pre-planning are strictly followed by the IA director. Admissions to oriented secondary education schools (artistic, sports, foreign language schools and schools for other fields) are made according to the provisions of the relevant instruction of the minister. Oriented secondary education schools also accept students from other municipalities, which do not have oriented secondary education schools. The person exercising parental responsibility makes the online application by filling in the necessary data of the form and waits for the response of approving or rejecting the application.
