The Special Court has sent a letter to the Assembly requesting the questioning of Sali Berisha.
The letter was sent a day ago and was taken from the protocol of the Assembly and published in the media.
According to the law, in order to interrogate MPs, GJKO notifies the institution of the Assembly in advance.
Two weeks ago, Sali Berisha's son-in-law was arrested for the Partizani Complex case. It is not yet known whether Berisha's interrogation will be related to him.
