France opens borders for Albanians from today, but not for those vaccinated with Sinovac, these are the rules
After Spain, France will also allow Albanians to enter the territory for summer holidays or other purposes, but unlike Spain, France has set a condition that those who have been vaccinated with the Chinese vaccine will not be accepted, but with vaccines approved by the EMA .
The news was also confirmed by TIA, Mother Teresa Airport, which lists the rules and conditions for travel, has quarantine and isolation.
France, from today, June 9, 2021, allows the entry of Albanian travelers with biometric passports, who have been vaccinated Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, and are equipped with PCR test.
France allows the entry of Albanian travelers with biometric passports, only if they have been vaccinated and travelers also submit the PCR test of the last 72 hours or Antigen of the last 48 hours.
Vaccines accepted from France are those recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
Vaccination test is valid if it allows to confirm the completion of a full time vaccination, namely:
• 2 weeks after the 2nd injection for dual injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
• 4 weeks after injection for single injection vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);
• 2 weeks after injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid-19 (only 1 injection required).
France considers Albania in the list of orange countries, ie with a low risk of infection.
For those who have not been vaccinated, restrictive measures remain in place. Unvaccinated citizens must travel only for essential reasons (to go to the spouse, or parents to travel to children with residence permits in France, and students for study purposes)
This category also travels with the PCR test of the last 72 hours or Antigen of the last 48 hours.
Meanwhile, as of today, the law on free movement in Hungary came into force for every Albanian who has a vaccination certificate. The certificate is obtained online in e-Albania a few days after receiving the second dose.
On the other hand, a vaccination certificate from Hungary to Albania is enough, without the need for a serological test or tampon. Prime Minister Rama was on an official visit to Hungary two days ago where he signed the agreement.
