Brussels for the draft Association submitted by Rama: It was written seriously. It is being reviewed

Official Brussels considers the draft proposed by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama for the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo as written very seriously.
The news was given by "Radio Free Europe" citing several diplomatic sources.
"It is not so important how the EU handles this draft, but how the parties, Pristina and Belgrade, handle it. It is up to them, within the dialogue, to advance in the direction of fulfilling this obligation", said an EU diplomat, REL writes.
Yesterday, it was the Albanian Prime Minister who declared that a draft written by independent EU and US experts was submitted to Macron and Scholz by the one that aims to de-escalate the tense situation in the North of Kosovo.
