Hague lawyer, Rudina Jasini: The Prime Minister's statement on the creation of the Islamic state is national treason
Rudina Jasini, the lawyer of international law, has reacted with a short status, for being deeply critical of the idea of the new state of the Bektashians, within the territory of Albania.
She considers Prime Minister Rama's statement to the NYTimes as national treason as she writes that it is also provided for in the Criminal Code as such.
"Mainly, the formation of new states is more related to the historical circumstances of a certain territory and population, as well as the international will to recognize it. Naturally, the question arises as to why it is necessary to create this "moderate Islamic microstate" within the Republic of Albania? What are the actual conditions and dynamics created in Albanian society that have brought about the birth of this initial idea?
Such declarations significantly harm the constitutional order of the Republic of Albania and not even a state-forming idea can come as a result of the desire or vision of an individual or a group of individuals, as well as any such historical undertaking would require coordination of thought and free expression. of the Albanian people.
To put it in Albanian, this idea has nowhere to stand, neither logically, nor morally, nor politically. The statement of the CM constitutes a very serious violation of the Constitution. Even in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania, this offense is provided as national treason.
