The diplomatic headquarters says that according to Prime Minister Meloni's order, the ambassador was in Berat today.

"According to the order of the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, we made the payment of the account left unpaid by a group of Italian tourists in a restaurant in the city of Berat. "The Italians abide by the rules and pay off their obligations, and we hope that such incidents do not happen again," the statement said.

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who stayed for 4 days in our country, ordered Ambassador Fabrizio Bucci before leaving Vlora to immediately go to Berat and pay the bill of 80 euros for Italian tourists.

Four of the latter, a few days ago, had dinner at the "Guva" Restaurant in Berat and left without paying. The images became viral on the Internet, so much so that the Italian prime minister, who was vacationing with her family in the south of Albania, learned about the news.
