Rinas Airport publishes some information for passengers traveling to Italy
Tirana International Airport notifies all passengers to have the Digital Passenger Location Form (DPLF) with them so they can travel to Italy.
The form must be completed electronically and must be presented at the ticket counter along with the travel code. For those who do not have an e-mail address, fill it out with the help of a relative and print it before the trip.
This is the link to fill out the form: https://app.euplf.eu/#/form
Italy continues with travel restrictions and only residents of the European Union and EU citizens are allowed to travel, as well as family members defined by the ordinances of the Italian authorities.
TIA urges all passengers to contact the airlines before each trip as well as the host countries for quarantine rules and to observe hygiene protocols and masks continue to be mandatory.
