Japandi, a mix of Scandinavian and Japanese style for star house
Choosing home furniture is always a matter of personal taste. However, there are occasional trends that are more or less fashionable and one of the most prevalent in recent decades is the trend towards minimalism, which takes shape in different styles. One of these styles is called Japandi.
The term is a combination of "Japanese" and "Scandinavian", which is Japanese and Scandinavian style.
It is thought that this mix of styles was first discovered by the Danish designer Nina Tolstrup, according to whom Japan has its roots in the modernization of the 1950s. This is a meeting between the two cultures in terms of furniture. And since then there has been a constant exchange of styles between the two nations.
Japandi: colors and materials
The materials used and the style is as close to nature as possible, ie eco-friendly. In terms of colors, soft ones are mostly used, but there is no lack of brighter details in contrast, especially for ornaments or other details (but sometimes even a single wall, which is painted in a very dark color, also black) is not excluded.
There is no lack of neutral colors, from gray to pigeon gills.
