'Keeping socks on the bed makes the feet warmer, and consequently there will be better blood circulation, calming the condition of the body as well. The brain gives the alarm that it is time for sleep, but if it wears socks this alarm 'falls' faster'.

The doctor admits that she also wears socks when she sleeps and says that for the benefits that come, various studies have been done that are mainly related to the temperature of the feet.

According to studies, the better the blood circulation due to the heat (mainly in winter) on the hands and feet, the faster we will feel the need to fall asleep, as well as the faster we get up.
