Greece has set some conditions for Albanians who want to cross the border in Kakavija, and clarified how it will operate at other border crossings in the country. Greek Deputy Minister of Civil Protection, Nikos Hardalias, explained in a press conference that the passage of immigrants with residence permits will be allowed from 7-23: 00.

New rules:

1) Only Greeks and citizens of the European Union are allowed to cross from Promachonas, from 7 am to 11 pm. Transit crossings are allowed 24 hours.

2) From Kakavija is allowed only for Greek citizens or with a residence permit in the country, from 7 am to 23:00. Those entering from Kakavija will enter a 7-day quarantine, in the area they have declared in their PLF.

3) From Evzoni and Kipi will be allowed only for Greek citizens or with a residence permit in the country, from 7 to 11 at night.

4) From Nymfaio, Ormenio and Exochi will be allowed only for transport, 24 hours a day and only with the driver.

5) Krystalopigi is already closed from today.

All persons entering Greece will undergo rapid testing by EODY teams.
