Greece postpones restrictive measures with Albania until November 30!

Greece has again postponed the restrictive measures with Albania until November 30. According to the announcement of the Greek government, until the 30th the memorandum remains in force that allows to cross the border only persons with residence permits in Greece, those who are Greek citizens, transport truck drivers, diplomats, ambulances, EULEX vehicles, as well as employees seasonal people entering the country to work in the agricultural sector.

This means that entry to Greece for tourist purposes is prohibited.

Those persons allowed to enter Greece must have a negative Covid-19 test, made no sooner than 72 hours from entry into the country, have completed the pfl form no later than 24 hours from entry into the country.

They also have to stay in quarantine for 7 days in their apartments.

Also, restrictive measures have been imposed on vans in which no more than 2 persons can travel except the driver and with the obligation to wear a mask, as well as vehicles, in which no more than 1 person can travel except the driver .

Exceptions are cases where travelers are relatives of the first generation (family).

Each case of violation of these rules, will be fined with 300 euros for each person, while businesses with 500 euros.

The same decision was made for Northern Macedonia, Turkey and Kosovo.
