Greece also bans the use of AstraZeneca vaccines for people under the age of 30

Greek health authorities have joined those in the United Kingdom, France and Germany in banning the AstraZeneca anti-COVID vaccine for people under 30 years of age.

The vaccine, developed at the University of Oxford, has been reported to have caused side effects and blood clots in several hundred of the millions who received the vaccine, and the side effects have been reported to be disproportionately young.

The decision was made entirely based on the findings of international researchers, as according to Greek media none of the 378,997 vaccinated in Greece has shown serious or fatal side effects.
