Germany facilitates anti-Covid measures, what is allowed from today?

Monday marks the launch of relief measures in the German state. According to the decision in force, the Germans can meet up to 5 people from two different families, until now it was not allowed to gather with people all over the country.

In addition, Germany opens the doors of museums and allows cultural activities, but in limited numbers and through bookings. This is to reopen the economy but at the same time avoid large accumulations.

Sports centers and courses will operate in the same scenario.

Hairdressers and barbers have been open since March 1st. But from Monday, beauty salons, cosmetics businesses, massage or tattoo parlors can also reopen, albeit under tight security.

Health authorities have begun distributing rapid Covid tests across pharmacies, and citizens will be able to get it for free with one each week. This is to control the disease and to find out if they are infected or not.

However, Germany has been reporting high numbers of infections in the last week. Experts have called on federal governments not to rush into easing the measures.
