France with strong curfew against Covid: Starting at 18:00, fines from prison

As of yesterday evening, the new decision with the curfew has entered into force in France from 6 pm until 6 am. The measure was set to curb the spread of the coronavirus and will be in force for 15 days, a time when police will also be deployed on the ground.

Under the new ruling, residents can not leave the house between 6pm and 6am. Any exit on this schedule must have a strong reason and certification (permit form).

All those caught out without the form with the reason for leaving will be fined. The fine is 135 euros for the first violation, 200 euros for the second, and 3750 for the third time. If he breaks the rules again, the sentence goes to 6 months in prison.

The French government has listed 9 reasons to leave the house after 18:00:

-Work, teaching - the journey between home and work or the place of education.

-Doctors' appointments and treatments - travel by doctors for treatment "which can not be done remotely".

-Urgent family reasons such as caring for an unprotected relative or caring for children (family visits are not included in this category)

-Disability - Travel for people with disabilities or their carers

"General interest" service - travel for services of general interest at the request of the authorities.

-Transport (for example train or air travel - you will need to show the ticket as a reason to break the curfew)

-To respond to a formal legal summons or to participate in a formal administrative process

-Dog walking up to a kilometer away from home.

-Victims of domestic violence can also leave their homes if they do not feel safe.

All shops and businesses should also be closed by 18:00, but some more will be allowed for delivery services.

It is allowed to gather children from school or kindergarten after 18:00.

It is allowed to make a home delivery, but can not go out to receive the order.

Public transport will continue to operate after 18:00, although services are likely to be hit economically as there will not be many people who will travel.

In the last 24 hours France confirmed 21,406 infected and 193 victims.
