Kosovo in serious situation: Over 900 infected and 13 lives lost

The situation is serious in Kosovo, where in the last 24 hours alone, 13 deaths of patients with Covid and 963 cases of infected persons were registered, out of 2,056 tests.

Kosovo Ministry of Health, shows the areas for those who lost the battle with Covid:

Prishtina 3 cases, Gjakova 2 cases, Peja 2 cases, Prizren 2 cases, Kamenica 1 case, Podujeva 1 case, Suhareka 1 case, Viti 1 case.

Notification from NIPHK:

The total number of positive cases is 27,851 cases out of 115,794 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 797 deaths.

During the last 24 hours, 177 patients have been cured, while the total number of cured to date is a total of 16,862 cases, while the number of active cases is 10,192.

Positive cases are from:

Prishtina 347 cases, Ferizaj 102 cases, Podujeva 61 cases, Gjakova 52 cases, Gjilan 51 cases, Fushë-Kosovë 45 cases, Shtime 34 cases, Prizren 30 cases, Vushtrri 28 cases, Peja 27 cases, Mitrovica 24 cases, Lipjan 21 cases, Year 20 cases, Obiliq 16 cases, Rahovec 16 cases, Kaçanik 12 cases, Suhareka 12 cases, Malisheva 10 cases, Klina 9 cases, Deçan 8 cases, Kamenica 8 cases, Drenas 7 cases, Istog 7 cases, Skenderaj 6 cases, Dragash 5 cases, Hani i Elezit 2 cases and with one case each the municipalities of Gracanica, Novobërdë and ërtrpce.

Meanwhile, in Kosovo, measures against coronavirus have been tightened, the results of which can be seen according to experts in two weeks.

Kosovo has a population of 1.81 million inhabitants.
