Pandemic in the eyes of a nurse

Johana Koka is a nurse at QSUT who has written several lines about the pandemic situation and the concern that her colleagues are becoming more and more infected. She is part of the white t-shirts that probably none of us know exactly what they face every day, the inability to maintain physical distance, the rush through the corridors of hospitals and also the fear that just like us they have: From the unknown!

Read her post as follows:

PANDEMIC IN THE EYES OF A NURSING

It is not true that it is our job to always be ready

This is not our job and we can never be ready for it

Frikë sepse- Si mundet e reja, e pasigurta, e panjohura, te mos jetë e frikshme?

Po, e vertete. Kjo eshte puna jone thoni ju

Eh no, you can not always do things calmly, sometimes you have to run and sometimes if the mask falls you do not have time to pull it, because the glove in the hands is dirty.

But what we are all experiencing every holy day, every holy change, every holy moment, is true.

Believe me, we would like everything to be different.

Will everything go well?

We are no longer convinced.

We work (never being able to stop), considering only what is visible to our eyes and so on.
