Army and police in Rinas! Checkers from Turkey are expected in the evening in case of need
The unprecedented situation in Rinas continues with the boycott made by the controllers of Albcontrol towers.
At 18:30 Minister Balluku made the last call for those who will decide to return to office, while she added that those who have decided to be "masha" for politics will face the law and that no one will help dot because they left the task in the eyes of all Albanians.
Meanwhile, police and army forces have arrived in Rinas.
Controllers are expected to arrive in the evening from Turkey to cope with the work, as planes are expected to bring doses of vaccines.
The controllers call this a boycott and not a strike because in their contracts they have banned the strike for reasons of security of the country, and the elite duty they do.
For the first time in the history of the Airport such an event occurred.
It came about due to a payroll problem where with the cancellation of flights due to Lockdown, AlbControl employees worked part-time and part-time, however it must be understood that their salary is extremely high and exceeds over $ 2000 even with the reduction of caused by the pandemic situation.
The event has also caused political debates where Prime Minister Rama has accused President Meta and Sali Berisha of orchestrating this strike and of trying to "take hostage" the state.
