New details have emerged from the injury of a 42-year-old businessman named Sino Llanaj in Tirana. It is learned that a conflict has started between him and another businessman, specifically two owners of a building under construction. Llanaj and the other owner identified as Albert Allmuça went to the building accompanied by other people.
Allmuça is said to have shot with a gun, injuring the 42-year-old, while the bullet also caught a passer-by named Klodian Komino. Thankfully their condition is out of danger for life. Meanwhile, the guard of the palace under construction, Shkëlzen Biberi, was injured in their collision.
The two owners had agreed to build the palace within 2019, but the contract between them was broken and the building has not yet been completed, causing conflict with residents who continue to live in rent pending the completion of works.
According to the media, four days ago there was a conflict between the two owners and residents, who demand the completion of works under the contract they have signed.
Sources from the Tirana Police have indicated that the owner who shot with a weapon, Alber Allmuça, has been declared wanted, after he left the scene.
