Competition for the Constitutional Court, KED disqualifies Euglen Papandilen for the second time
KED has disqualified for the second time Euglen Papandilen, the candidate proposed by the President for a seat as a member of the Constitutional Court.
Euglen Papandile was returned to the race by the Administrative Court of Appeal, but was disqualified again by KED.
Also Jacqueline Peto regained the right to compete for the same vacancy was disqualified. Currently, to replace Besnik Muçi, KED has qualified notary Sonila Bejtja and lawyer Altin Binaj.
