The plane arrives 40 minutes late.

This is the first time that AlbControl controllers have come out in protest. They have also signed a statement saying that they are not able to work if their conditions are not met, also mentioning the constant stress they have experienced, also affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku went to Rinas to meet with the controllers of AlbControl and the solution through an agreement, but the talks according to the television media have failed.

Some of the 65 controllers in total, after meeting with Balluku, stated that they have not reached any agreement and that the suspension of work will continue until their conditions are met.

Meanwhile, the Independent Air Traffic Control Union (SPKTA) has published a statement regarding the current situation of air traffic management in Albania, after they decided to protest.
