Specialists for the Investigation of Crime in the Kavaja Police Commissariat, immediately after receiving the notification that the citizen M. Sh., On duty as an oxygenist of the Kavaja hospital, had received about 30 oxygen cylinders without the authorization of this medical institution, to send to persons various in the apartments, immediately organized the work for the full disclosure of the event.
As a result of a continuous work and professional actions, the citizen M. Sh., 26 years old, resident in Kavaja, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
This citizen received 30 oxygen cylinders in the institution where he worked, without the authorization of the leaders, and then distributed them in the apartments of various citizens.
The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Kavaja Judicial District, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".
